The Fall of Lotor
If you've read this short book, thank you. You're one of few. If you haven't, please stop reading this and order a copy on Amazon. I wrote the story at the request of my dear friend Peter Bugee's daughters. Or maybe it was my friend Peter Bugbee's dear daughters. One of the two. It all began one dark and lonely night (not really lonely, we were actually having dinner at the Bugbee's house, but it was dark)...
Redeeming Astrik
Can a creature be pure evil? If not, is every creature then redeemable? Meet Astrik, the albino orangutan and the cleaner for an elite group of scientists looking to reclaim the earth for their own. The odds are insurmountable for Maggie, Bibi, and Clarence, three friends who want nothing more than to live in peace. However, being a Kiko goat Maggie has a natural resistance to bacteria and viruses, and it has made her an object of interest to the unscrupulous humans who have their own ambitions.

The Virtues of Love
Love is love is a truism that's been thrown around a lot in the last few years, and while inarguable, it is like most truisms, meaningless. This is a series I'm putting together for the youth group based on the list of virtues Paul gives in 1 Corinthians 13 that define love.
Joash
A Midrash of 2 Kings 11:1-21 and 2 Chronicles 23:1-21
This is a fictional recreation of the transition of power between Athaliah and Joash. All the details provided by the biblical texts
have not been changed. I merely tried to imagine what this bloody woman was like and how Joash reclaimed the throne at seven years old. The story will make more
sense to you if you've read the passages referenced above first.
Moshe Rabbeinu and Zippora
Moses is a towering figure of biblical history. One of the stories that I find uniquely interesting is his marriage to Zippora and the subsequent birth of their children. He would likely have been much older than her and there were multiple cultural traditions baked into the union that were probably also challenging. This is a whimsical interpretation of the their story up until the circumcision of Gershom.
